Our 120,000 sq. ft. plant capacity is approximately 30,000 gallons a day, operating 9 different production lines. We offer the most flexible production runs—from 20 to 600 gallons—and a wide range of packaging capabilities from portion cups to totes, from foodservice to retail, and from fresh to frozen.
